Hello I'm Simon Jennings, I run relaxed and informal Tai Chi classes which will allow you to learn at your own pace.
Tai Chi is suitable for most people and involves slow, flowing movements which have been shown to reduce stress, improve balance and mobility, increase leg strength, and reduce aches and pains in joints.
Zoom Class : Mindful movement: Tuesday 08:00 - 1Hr.
In-Person classes held in Farnham Common Sports Club, SL2 3QY
* Beginners: Tuesday at 12:00 - 1Hr
* Intermediate: Wednesdays at 10am - 1.5Hr
Wednesday at 18:15 - 1Hr
In-Person classes in Marlow:

* Beginners: Mondays 19:00 - 1Hr (new class starting Monday 13th October 2025)
